Cake Mix Cookies

Craving homemade cookies that are quick and easy? Here is a great recipe that only has a few ingredients.

Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients:

• 1 box vanilla or yellow cake mix
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup sprinkles

Preheat oven to 350°.

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix and baking powder.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the eggs, oil and vanilla. Add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture.
3. Stir in the sprinkles.
4. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.
5. Bake for 10 minutes and allow to cool for 5 minutes  before transferring to cooling rack.

This makes about 25-30 cookies.
